The sign reads:
SALAD WITH STYLE
SOUTHWEST CHICKEN
SALAD
Editorial endnote.... Now that I have typed it all out and re-read it, it looks like what they are trying to say is, "Salad with style. Southwest Chicken Salad." Although I was reading it as a messed up version of "Salad with southwest style chicken." And, even though I think I have figured out what they are trying to say, I still think it looks wrong...

Wow I haven't seen an Artic Circle since I was in high school.

The funniest thing is... I saw another Arctic Circle later on yesterday. They had the exact same message on their billboard. Apparently headquarters didn't really look at the signage before assigning it. The sign looked just as stupid at the second restaurant.
