Feeling unrested and unsteady
Following an unfulfilling night
Perched and ready to flee
The aching sears into me
Tearing through center
Terrifying hollowness
A chasm of unknown
Sadness abounding
Emptiness herein
Questioning
Aloneness
Yearning
Longing
Where
What
Who
Am
I

I'm not sure which word pictue you were intending, I got a few.
1) Whirlwind
2) Empty
3) The Vase
Cool!
Funny thing is... I didn't intend for this to be a picture poem when I started writing it. In fact, I didn't even know it was in there! I just started blurting in the default left-justified format and saw that the first seven lines or so were cascading. Then I went with it.
All of the pics you saw fit beautifully with what I was feeling. Thank you for sharing!!! :)
Playing off of Cele's eye:
A whirlwind: seeking to move, have an effect, create change...
Empty: ready and open to being filled...
A vase: strength in structure and able to bear burdens, accept gifts, be the vessel that contributes beauty. A flower arrangement is only as beautiful as the vase that holds it.
Nice writing, Abgue!
Yes, yes, YES!!! Thank you, JMT, (and Cele, too) for your artistic impressions! I was feeling all "icky" about being empty and such. (My tendency, btw, to go to the negative side of things) Then the two of you come along and spin this is in such a beautiful direction! Thank you so much!
WOW!
I feel uplifted.
Cool!
Thank YOU, Ms. JulieAnn!!!
