Excited...

I am doing the final edits of my book Above the Clouds and I am feeling really excited to be coming down the home stretch. I am confident about this book, although I haven't always been. I have been scared because it is a creative non-fiction autobiography so I have been wound up in this story that it is "me" that I am putting out there to be rejected or accepted. And, really, it is my story, so why would it benefit anyone?

I finally, recently, realized that what I have to say - and the way I have to say it - is beautiful and there is someone out there that needs my words. I feel good that I have eased myself into this realization. And I am excited to get it out there. Soon I will be posting some excerpts and it will go up online as a presale option. Watch for it, if ya would! :)
